Mavic Bottom Bracket adjustment

Can someone confirm what I need to adjust the chainline please.

I've got a lockring spanner sorted but the park tool SPA1 that's supposed to be for bb's doesn't fit - the pegs are too big.

Anything I've searched online says a standard peg and hook tool will do it but aren't they the same size as the park tool?

Used to have the Mavic tool kit, the notched spanners are a little different than a standard one with one hook.

I've discovered I was being a tool myself...
The lockrings themselves adjust the chainline so a normal lockring spanner sorts that - or it would if I could unseize the offending one...
