I would say they are within reason weight wise somewhere in the middle not stupidly heavy or stupidly light they aren't oversize but I have got a shim somewhere for them

Pm me an offer and I might say yes. As for the rear hub I'm not sure it can be converted probably best to give hope a ring and ask them
