is the icbn a different diameter or something from normal integrated headsets?

i havent found the top cover that came with it but i have found something thats fits ,everything else is with it apart from top cap.

but see what you think.

if not i would post item free to you so what you save you could use to get the top cap.

Yes, icbm was made specifically for Schwinn for tha Homegrown and some Moabs in the early noughties, and isn't compatible with any other system (that's the official line from Cane Creek).

the only thing i can say is maybe take it into Evans and they will be able to match it.or look on ebay or the web

the frame is in top condition not a mark on it(its that good)
and a lovely colour.
