m5 by 15mm. i would buy socket caps this size from ebay but these ones have shallow heads

*edit: they are m6 not m5, i measured them wrong :facepalm: all allen head bolts on these forks are m6

Luckily i bought some 3mm low cap bolt a while back

So kept the link and

One set of grab it bolt extractors

i sprayed WD40 around the outside of the bolt and left it to penetrate down before drilling it to the size of the grabit thread

Typical! the drill isnt strong enough to unscrew the bolt so out comes the adjustable spanner

Result!

I refurbed my Z2's.
There was someone on ebay selling stainless bolt kits for Marzocchi forks when i did mine, came with them all.
I took the paint off the whole legs with a sanding wheel on my dremmel,took a while but got into all the nooks and crannies

I had the lower legs sprayed when my frame was done and they looked amazing.

I had the same thought, except ive ordered the wire ones. Hopefully they work just as well (ive not used them before)

Mine are pretty gunked up with paint and shite, and need cleaning out before I try and refit the valves
