I've asked this on the end of a wanted post, but thought I'd create a thread in its own right here:
Do the 2003 Marzocchi forks use very slightly larger steerers where they press into the crown than the 2002 ones. I've now tried 2 different 2002 steerers in my 2003 Mx comp and both have been loose in the 2003 crown, whereas the steerer from the 2003 fork was a nice snug press fit into the 2002 Z1 fork.
