Marzocchi old IS to later IS brake adapter *sold*

Going through my parts boxes after a big move around has uncovered this

Now please correct me if I am wrong , I am sure that this is an adapter for the older Marzocchi mount so you can run later calipers with the IS size

I've seen that before described as a trek fs adapter.

What spacing are the holes?

FS is 48.5mm and IS is 51mm.

If it's the trek one, a couple of the holes I think will be around 22mm
