Marzocchi MX Comp travel change

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know where to source some travel spacers for older marzocchi forks? I've got an MX Comp 2003 air that I'm trying to reduce the travel on and I need some 20mm spacers. I tried a few folks in Europe (Dr. Marzocchi) but they didn't have any. Failing that, any recommendations for a substitute ?

I just cut some old handlebar to the size i need and i use those as an spacer for decreasing the travel. I know it's late but at least maybe there is other ppl who have the same question. I use that method on an x-fly 100 fork which have cartridges like z1/z2's , but it should work on mx comp aswell. There are different thickness handlebars so you should find some who fit perfectly ! One thing i like to do on theese marzocchi forks is to use heat shrink on springs and any metal stuff that can move inside and make noise. The forks become more silent and nicely running.
