Marzocchi Lockout help!

Hi all,

I recently purchased a new old stock 2015 Marzocchi 320 LCR 29er fork with remote lockout. I just had a chance to install it this weekend.

The fork is great, damping and rebound adjust work as they should and it feels nice and plush. However, nothing seems to happen when I flip the lockout lever.

Anyone have any ideas of something obvious to check for?

Returning to store for warranty at this stage is a little tricky due to geography.

Many thanks!

Ragnar.

Re:

If it's anything like other brands, when the fluid isn't at the right level, lock out stops working. Before you go topping up the oil, have you used them much? Sometimes it takes a while for the fluid/oil to get into the system, especially if they have been stored or posted (or so I've found). You might want to give them a bit more use before doing anything else.

Good luck.

Re:

There's a couple of guides on YouTube about setting up the remote lever, might be worth checking?

Re:

Thanks for the replies.

Yes, the YouTube was helpful as always during the install. Quite sure I got it right. Hence the headscratching.

The fluid theory makes sense. I brought them from the UK to Norway so probably had a bumpy ride around the baggage system. I'll give them a few days to settle. Thanks!
