So, some more progress: We bought another milling tool for radius and started some test with milling 1mm radii.

The nose needs to change a little bit, it is flatten on both sites.

Little update, sorry for the delay: I was told they have been shipped yesterday and I think they will arrive tomorrow.

Here we are, the parts arrived today. We sand blasted the parts :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Milling was not that easy, we needed to make some parts double because of failures ;-) There are some minor marks on some of the parts - but I beleive this is best we can get out of this.

I will pack all paid examples today and tomorrow and it will be shipped on wednesday (tomorrow is a holiday here).

Well, in fact it is not my work, all credits belong to others. I found a very well working tooling guy who has a lot of motivation to do it ;-)
We will do some other projects in future also.
