I did a small retro production of the candi hanger in milling some times ago, 10 or 20 pieces, and was happy to sell them to fix the costs. It was only possible because of a friendly guy, who was motivated. But he will not do more. I'm still thinking about replacements, as I need them for my various Bomber rebuilds.
In the moment I'm in rebuilding 30mm Bomber seals and reprinting older Marzocchi stickers with real 'silver' in colour palette (used in older Marzocchi's XC600, XC700, XCR and DH3). You can read about in my blog. This eats most of free time, but I'm sure I will do more candi hangers.
My last try in rebuilding was a candi hanger as a test part using in Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), this one is made out of aluminium powder, 4 pieces took 9 hours, 0,02mm slides. A friend of mine has access to such a machine. I'm realy fascinated!
We needed to change it a little, because without this changes it is classified as 'milling part' and not allowed to produce. It has been sandblasted.
