Marin team Titanium?

Hi everybody,I had this frame for about 12 years ,but still not exactly sure what it is.Seller told me it's Marin team Titanium?!

Most likely not. Mech'cablestops should be located on the lower side of the headtube and the serial number under the BB shell. Welds look a bit rough/dodgy also. Whatever it is, if it fits you, then enjoy!

Thanks for the reply,stops on the 1991 where on the down tube. Unfortunately a bit too big for me ,had it build couple times ,but couldn't make it work:)

Hi,no magnetic properties,It tried med size magnet and had no reaction.
 
Ti is not magnetic or is weakly magnetic, dependent on the alloy mix used.

Unless its aluminium, but it dont look like like it from the photos.
 
This is a Litespeed built 1991 Marin Team Titanium. It’s been media blasted at some point in its life, as these were originally polished. The 4 digit number dates it 1991, and is typical of Litespeed made Marin frames.

Thank you very much for that info ,I was getting side-tracked a bit .Very helpful ,thanks.I just picked up Marin steel fork and will build it again.
