19”. Paint not pucker, very small dink on top tube and new fork canti stud recently brazed - so paint required there.

No probs. It’s 19” c-c which I thought was the Marin way.

FYI Rotorhead is correct, that's deffo a 19" frame......20.5" has a 180 head tube....

Main sizing as per catalogue is c to c NOT c to t.

So you need a 17.5" frame to have roughly 19" c to t.
