I have contacted the company that make the bracket - BETD. They do not have any in stock and will not be making anymore unless someone orders 50 units minimum. So, i tried Marin direct. They do not sell them and will not provide the technical drawings or any measurements.

Luckily, I have found someone who is selling the complete frame online. They are providing all the measurements of the bracket to me. I will sketch it up in FreeCAD and create a standard STL file for 3D printing. I can then offer the 3D printed part up, make any final adjustments and create a final STL file to be printed in PETG/Carbon or made from metal

I will also look into creating mounts with integrated adapters for larger disc rotors should the interest take off

I'll keep this page updated

First print is test fitted. The right hand side two bolts need a bit more padding around them as they are close to the edge of the print. I also thing the two top bolts need to come down a touch

I'll print one solid with no bolt holes and mark / drill them out

Height decreased by 5mm and no holes. Padded out thicker (From 5mm thick to 8mm thick) to match the availability for space on the frame

Printing and test fitting in progress...

Completed! 6mm thick was the sweet spot for mounting a Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brake with no washers as spacers -

It fits and it works. I needed to have the 3D model printed using the hardest PLA that i could (for obvious reasons!)

there is no reason why you couldn't send this 3d model to someone to make out of aluminium/steel if required

This fits a 160mm disc perfectly with no adapters

Anyway, I've spent far too much time and money on designing and having the various drafts printed! If anyone wants one - PM me
