MARIN Bolinas Ridge (year?)

Hey Folks!

Got a MARIN Bolinas Ridge in my Garage. A guy out of my area gave it to me.
I cannot find any picture of that paintjob in the web.

Does anybody know something about the model year?
Came these "gecco" decals from factory? Was it a youth bike?
And is the frameset, some parts or the whole bike worth a restoration?

I think it was an entry level bike back then. But what´s nowadays?

Shifting is easy, all gears work, hubs are like butter (after a small adjustment), brakes do their job and so on.

1989 or 1990 I think. Have a look in the Catalogues in the Archive section. Decals are a good guide, often there were extra colour options for different countries.
