Shame about the forks.
Try the catalogue scan section in the archive & gallery. If memory serves right it's a 1999. Nice to have in a small frame size.
There is a separate section on valuation, I expect around £50-100 assuming it's in good running order. As Chopper says, the forks need a rebuild at the very least, possibly replacement.
These later Marins have a lot less of the character of the early 90s ones sadly, hence the low valuation.
