Manitou2 Rebuild - washer spec advice required

According to the diagrams on the Manitou2 - there are three washers in the lower leg - 2 between the elastomers - and one up by the bushing. Then there's the rebound washer in the bottom of the stanchion.

Having disassembled two of these - I have a motley collection of washers:-
A few flat 26mm ones that I presume are the inter elastomer ones
One flat 23mm one - that I reckon is the top compression washer.
Then one flanged 21mm one - which was down in the bottom of the leg.

Any RBers familiar with what size washers should be in here - and where.

On the Manitou 3 & 4, the cupped washers go between the (6) compression elasomers.
Here is a pic of my 4 taken apart for rebuilding.

Hey Steve, thanks for that.
So it looks like the flanged one is a reject as far as the Manitou2 goes

I'd seen that PDF - it gives the number of washers - but not the dimensions. The top washer seems smaller so maybe that's the 23mm one - and the 26mm are the lower ones?

I hadn't spotted it before - but SRP sell compression washers
