Manitou SX & Xvert E Cap Tool

I have a couple of Manitou forks, SX and Xvert E that seem to require a special tool to remove the stanchion caps (see attached photo), I've looked on the internet & eBay, downloaded a few manuals and I'm not finding anything relating to this. Anyone have an idea of the tool required and where I might buy one? Cheers.

I've just used my hands for this. The should just unscrew. Can sometimes be tight so a bit of inner tube around them and something like pliers can be needed, inner tube for grip and to avoid damage.

Agreed - I got one side with my hand and used a microfiber towel wrapped around pliers to unscrew the other on the X-vert I have.
