Hi all I'm new to this forum so please be gentle with me 
I own a 1993 Marin Palisades Trail fitted with Manitou sport front forks. I have owned the bike from new and not been out on it for a few years :cry: The suspension on the forks is not what it used to be and I have seen replacement springs, which I would like to fit. Any info or tips on how to dismantle the forks and which springs are best would be a great help.
