I've still got my '98 X Vert Carbon triple clamp manual somewhere, I'll see if I can dig it out for you.
The insides are really easy to work on as it's simply Springs, a couple of elastomers for bottom out and the TPC damper which isn't a sealed cartridge, for example like a Fox FIT, but part of the damper rod with an open orifice sitting in the open bath of oil.
IIRC from servicing mine BITD it was simply an oil change in one leg and a bit of M-Prep grease to coat the spring in the other........ It's handy if you have a pace (or similar) grease gun for the purge nipples on the rear of the lowers, as that keeps them silky smooth between servicing........
