Manitou FS in the US

What makes you say that?
Seller was on about the seat tube difference... or is he making that up?

I thought the rear shocks were a bit off colour (Not the normal Manitou turquoise) but let that go because it might be the camera.

The Answer Manitou uses a 31.8 (which is a Manitou fork leg with a Ringle head) seatpost with a shim, the actual seattube diameter is something like 38mm, they use a custom band for the front mech for use with a braze on mech, also this bike is lacking all the CNC machining on the rear fork crown.

I know this because i bought one without the bespoke bits (seatcollar is custom too) and had to buy another scrap frame to get them

BTW the earlier Bradbury Manitou had even more unique parts.

This bike is'nt one of those either.

Ah I see. I noticed the clamp on front mech but thought maybe he'd just upgraded.

Am slightly worried about my one now. It's being posted from the states on Monday but I don't remember seeing a seat clamp and I bet there's no shim! (Thankfully the front mech on mine is the braze on type)
Might have to email the dude with mine and get him to check and see if he has those particular parts.

Thanks for the heads up! ;)

Hi,
what is a fair price for this Bike? Its "new" with unused extra Air Fox Rear Shock.
