Manitou Answer Three - refurb or replace?

I've just acquired a Marin Team Titanium with these forks. Is it worth me buying new elastomers & dust seal for about 60.00 or shall I put that money towards new carbon rigid forks?

There are members on here who could supply you with new elastomers for considerably less than that...
