They are Manitou 1 stanchions. Someone has done a lovely job on the brace to give it a new colour. The crown looks like a Manitou 2 one but again with a custom paint job. The Manitou 1 crown is specific with bolt patterns as in the attached pics.

<whispers> The parts of the Manitou 1's... I'm looking for a cosmetically ok, mechanically iffy set to turn into a matching lampshade base. For this... interest if they are surplus to needs too. But may be adding 1 and 1 and making 3 here.
