once I find a wire coat hanger, why are they so scarce?

Take something to be dry cleaned, it will come with a free wire coat hanger ideal for your needs.

Do any of you owners use rubber shock boots on the manitou 3s ?

I don't use them on my 3's.. or 4's or my efc's. The seals are just fine. I do use them on my 1's as they dont seem to seal that well..

I'm using them on mine purely because the anodising has started to go on the legs through wear and tear.

Also, the springs are in, and I quite like them. They're nice and stiff and not too pogo-ey at all but then again this bike won't see the dirt so they're perfect for my needs.
