Manitou 1 Rebuild

So is there where I should be if I need advice rebuilding a Manitou 1? Just bought two forks....already have a lot of questions..

Thanks for the kind offer although I'm a bit away from Warwick I'd guess.

For the record, something like this does the trick. Check the length to suit your forks but I think 12" is what I have here.

I bought one a while back and plan on re building it...im not too fussed about getting much out of it performance wise as its just for road use...how far have you got with your rebuild and do you have any spare parts?

I think I need some new seals, but need to spend some time to see if I can salvage the ones I have now.

Here is a comparison of the Rock Shox Type 2 springs to the Manitou 1 elastomers. I look to have MCU's in my case but the dimensions would be the same.
