Manitou 1 Elastomer full set - WANTED

Hi to all

Am in pursuit for a full set of compression / damper elastomers for my Manitou 1's please.

I know I can get a set for $53 from those guys in the US. Hoping to find some in the UK that are genuine!

Sure there is the same in UK... You can buy elasto of all sort...One meter, half meter...

Thanks for the link, and I'm sure you are right that we have equivalent stores over here in the UK, but I wouldn't know the specification to order - density, length, internal hole diameter etc etc - I'm sure you can just pop any old polyeurathane bumper in there!

For my Manitou 2, the internal diameter is 6mm, the outer diameter is 20mm ... It must be the same for the Manitou 1 ... But for the length, I don't know ...

Thanks again for the reply, but I'm 100% certain that the elastomers from the Manitou 1 and Manitou 2 forks are entirely incompatible and cannot be swapped around - therefore, I'm going to have to source genuine Manitou 1 elastomers only - nothing else will fit or work.

What's most annoying, is that these forks (Manitou 1) had a lifetime warranty on the elastomers, bushings and seals etc - however, the Hays Cycle group that currently own the Answer and Manitou brands are refusing to honour it!

Internal and external Are the same, for the length,I don't know...
