Hey Guys,

I was rebuilding a 95 Judy XC and as usual, all the bolts where rusted. I found that you can actually order all bolts on ebay (minus the bosses) for $16 US (£9.50)...I ordered 2 kits. they came in pretty quick, look great and fit PERFECT! in fact they are visually identical to the SRP kit I have..

check it out..seller is zjwhsd

Re:

Hey guys

Both lower bolts are included.. my originals don't have holes. Maybe you are thinking about the 1997 ones? Those are for sure totally custom.

They are from china, I am sure they are the same price for uk customers..?

Assuming you have a damper in there, which you should have. Then there should be a hole in the damper side one. Otherwise you cannot adjust it.

Price comes to £14.40 if I add the estimate cost together for all three. Free shipping though (could be 50p, unsure as there is no add to basket option)

but don't get sidetracked by the bosses, and all the other bolts you need for your canti's, stem, headset/cap, ...;)

Re:

Good point on the missing hole.. i have a white bros hardbody and I just set it on the bench. I don't think stock 63 xc's have an adjustable cartidge though?

The best value is to get 2 kits as the min for the conical fork brace bolts and lower bolts.

Not sure in 1995 with the original 50mm setup*, but 1996 when the XC went 60mm they all had adjustables. So had the hollow shaft bolt (none drive side that year).

I'm sure my 50mm have an adjuster but I'm sure there where some no suppose to have them.
