To crown means to the bottom of the headset crown race. Which would put it about 473mm, so setup as 100mm travel.

I was going to adjust the travel on the o24u to 80mm (I have the manual PDF) this weekend to see how they fare - but I think, if you’re interested in them let’s do the trade
