Not into the GT machines but that has got to be a bargain for sure. :)

Jamie

Yeah, a bottom of the range retro bike, but worth £35 all day long I think.
I've added a link to the Gum tree advert (always helps  ).

Re:

SOLD

Any interest in this 1980's (I think its an '86) Puch "Mountain Cougar" before I advertise it elsewhere?

Approx 16" frame
Everything works as it should, no problems that I can see.
Sunrace shifters and mechs
Chromed bullmoose bars
Chromed steel rims (few rusty spokes that need a rub down).
All original as far as i can tell, except for the saddle.

£25

Is the steerer for those Bullmoose bars 22.2 or 25.4 please?

It's 21mm !!??

Yeah, I just undid the bolt and pulled the quill stem out and I'd swear it said 21mm on it. I'd get the vernier calipers out to check but they're at work and I'm not back in work till Friday.

Must be some weird 80's French sizing??

Edit: isn't Puch actually Austrian??

BMX sizing I think Jim. I've got a similar pair down in the basement, and I had to coke-can shim them to fit my 1" headtube.
