At last something good about being a government employee.
My employer has to clearly publish the redundancy procedure and all the cash your entitled to or the unions will come down like a ton of red tape.
We get a week of wages per every year employed, I'm becoming a bit expensive to make redundant
Bad point is we are never going to get rich on our wages, we often get extra days off instead of wage increases, unions not so hot on this point :roll:
Make sure you get all your entitled to, do not let them away with anything
