i was thinking a while ago ( not thinking very hard as i obviously forgot about it ) but maybe john could add a site calendar , pretty sure the board supports it . itl sit at the bottom of the forum index and will be very easy to see whats happening where in advance . title , date and a bit of blurb saying what it is
Big calendar might work perry but would be a bugger to keep up to date :? maybe if the regions could organise thereselves it would be easier visually check in for events/meets.
