That should be good, watched the series last year on ITV4.
Looks like part of the circuit uses the pedestrianised part of High St.

I'll be there if it's no pishing wi rain.

The only time I've been to watch a road race was in Edinburgh years ago for some tour series. Think they went up the Mound then down to Waverley then along Prince's Street. When you're standing up close you appreciate how fast they are going. Wouldn't be me, aw that bare skin and tarmac, aargh. :shock:

Next week Im planning on doing the 40 mile round trip to work using a MTB and taking the Bob Yak as Ive never taken it any real distance yet :?

Interested in hearing how it goes Rob, we need it assessed for our next bothy/camp beer expedition.

Be sure and load it with 40 cans of Tennants, and stop to drink one every two miles. That should simulate nicely what'll happen if you bring it on a bothy run.
