Can we decide who to get rid of now as it must be getting crowded in the MacRetro Boardroom. Since democracy is out why not attack with pitchforks, scythes and burning torches old school style and drag off the unwanted AEC's

Yes I know I'm late, I prefaced my comment to that effect as regards stuff going on behind my back.

Well ZZ will make a good AEC as he does do a lot of stuff, but as its been pointed out, it would have been nice to have had a mention that appointing him was something the other AEC/mods would like to do, any objections ? of which I'm positive there would have been none !

As Retrobike becomes more clublike as opposed to merely a forum of like minded bods then the courtesy of keeping the membership informed would be nice.

Same number as two other area groups. Besides its not about adding for the sake of it, all of us contribute what we can but ZZ's active involvement in the planning of several rides shows we were still a bit lean. This was just a way to officially have him involved in Retrobike affiliated rides.

If you are unhappy with the way things are going, someone can propose for me to step down and if someone seconds it I'll put up a VOTE and go with the flow.

Fair enough, I never thought his appointment would be commented on, more a 'about time' 'good idea' etc etc. From now on (if I'm still here in the AEC capacity) I shall publicly announce it for discussion.
