Hi Guys
I have not been on much as I have been absolutely manic at work, which is 24/7 so the last month I have only had time for one ride in the evening and next to no time online.
Dont know whats going on as its been mad lately.
I am hoping to get down soon for a ride but rather than say where and then I cant get there I will just show up somewhere. if that makes sense.
I see most on here have pulled out of the SSWC in Ireland, and I looked like I have to do the same due to finances but the decision was a no brainer now. I could do it but I would be severely stretched and its not worth it on my own.
I tried as well to get a start at the UK SS meet even though it was closed for entries. I sent a begging email saying I was only small and on an XS Surly so I wouldnt take up much space, but they dont seem to be going for it
So little riding last month that my legs are wasting away, I thought I might get arrested for vagrancy. (no visible means of support)

Going for a wee ride around the blue route at GT with some novice mtb'er colleagues from work tomorrow Saturday 30th. Not a lot of interest from fellow workers so its only one woman and her 2 kids plus DaveDH if he remembers. Any of you lot are welcome to join in as long as its clear its only the blue route in its entirety. Weather looks good at least and its another excuse to eat Hub cafe cakes

Brilliant Eck, good riding to be had down there although the bridalpath/footpath thing can be confusing at times. We were mainly out on the canoe though, great fun.

MiniKen and I got chased by some young cows at one point too, we were on a footpath and they had never seen a bike before, they are pretty big up close especially when they are jumping around head butting each other.

We found the Cathedral cave shown in the BDW trip photo's - absolutely stunning.

Weather forecast for this weekend is bleak
However I'll probably need a wee ride to prevent me climbing the walls so anybody want to do any riding I could join in with.
GT by 9am might be a goer on Saturday as its not meant to pour down until 1pm
