Picnic at the Bings, we keep saying we'll go to the bings at Broxburn and lounge around the pond with some grub between riding but so far have not done so. Perfect place for all the full bouncers to play

Last time at the bings the only thing bouncing was me off the ground.

I don't have a full suspension bike, and I've never actually ridden one, so they're a bit of a mystery to me.

Help needed, I got a set of middleburn cranks for the saracen today as i want to lavish some love on the groupset. It is currently all black lx and I wondered if there is some sexy black front and rear der out there?

Might also go for the black op v's if some come up. Suggestions on a postcard......

Sounds good to me,

A couple of disposable bbq's, cherry cola and a vienetta :D

I will need at least 36 weeks notice to get the time off, but will fit flats to Mr O if anyone is daft enough to want a shot

The sram stuff is pretty good gazz  I like the way the rear mechs sit closer to the frame and dont bounce about everywhere.
You should be able to pick up an XO mech and X9 shifters for well under a £100

Anyone fancy a ride in the Lakes? I think there may be a few folks getting together for an ad hoc ride down there. Probably the weekend of the 8/9/10th July?
