Due to spam users and the malicious use of the PM system by banned users we have sadly had to implement limits on new users....
Hmmm... I wonder who that could have been?

as much as i got on with the guy , he kept pushing and pushing and everyone has a breaking point

i do miss his wacky/ginger pm's

Not content with my loony Raleigh Twenty project and having just ridden a 1950's roadster based fixie at SSEC I have just bought another really strange frame and forks. I am planning a custom build of a CWS Commuter which is a 1960's 16" wheeled shopper bike

Look up Clark Scamp moped on Google and when you get a picture imagine this moped minus engine and you have a CWS Commuter

I think I need help

Hi chaps just thought I'd mention this, in case any one fancies a border raid to the North Yorkshire Moors, there will be cake and steam trains as well.

Here's aLink to wet your whistle hope to see you there

Can I ask if any MacRetro guys are going to Mountain mayhem? I'm going to tidy up the section a wee bit and I see no reason for this in oor bit!

I think it would be safe to unsticky it K, although I would like to make the trip again on my 45 year (2013), tis a very good laugh.

Does anyone have any objections to me editing (deleting some posts) this thread, I'm going to try and get it back to what I intended - a review of kit people own.

Humour will be allowed as long as it involves the quality of the kit you are reviewing Smile
Pictures of the kit in question would also be good. (packed or set up - or both)
Also in the spirit of geekiness could we put the weight of the item down too as this would be useful for tourette riding with Ian.

So how is everyone getting on with their rattlecan paint jobs? I've spent a few hours trying to remove a bottom bracket from my project, if it doesn't come out this weekend I'll be painting it as is.

Can anyone recommmend a good tin of spray paint lacquer?
