Repro tyres of yesteryear seems a retro anorak step too far. Personally I like good old fashioned timeless black tyres with modern well researched gnarly grippy treads and puncture proofing. With tyres I'm a modernist, strange but true :roll:

Me thinks a thin plastic transparent sheet covering the frame would be a good idea. Keep the crap out but allow people to see the fab structure.

Not a lot of triangulation happening on the downtube.

Triangulation makes me trust structures more.
