anyone got a 100mm fork that they want to swap for a 80mm sid?

Ive got an 80mm fork but it is 440mm instead of 80mm=420mm.Makes no sense to me either but there is is

I believe he means the normal axle to crown length of an 80mm fork is 420mm but he has an 80mm fork with a 440mm axle to crown length more akin to a 100mm travel fork. Which is a bit odd

ahh so the geo is maintained just less bounce for your buck- what you got DT as my bargain forks look like they are bouncing back to the owner

no swaps but cash is available.

Z3 light 200mm steerer @ 1 1/8" nice condition. The seals appear to be fine with no fluid showing.
I've stripped it down and cleaned all gunk from the internals and reassembled with fresh fluid.I haven't used that fork since its service so its going to need bedding in :?

Plus i can deliver to your work :D

Just noticed the Solstice meets dated 21st June which although the right day for the longest day is also a Tuesday which is a work day for most of us. I'm not keen on rides through the week but I'll go with the majority.

Would it not be more sensible to aim for Sunday 19th June as the closest weekend day to the Solstice.

I've just signed up to Kaya's Kildale Kake run on the 19th of March with the Yorkie and NE boys. I quite like the idea of a wee trip south for a ride. Anyone considering any others?
