The way is went was LGF posted up some pics of early British bikes showing the differences between them over the years[slope of top tube,BB height ,that kind of thing]
'Bushpig' poo pooed them all off saying -

There is definitely a certain condescending attitude occasionally from the direction of the states towards some of the kit posted on here. And as a devotee of british retro LGF seems to get it sometimes, and sadly he always bites.

I'm up for this 7 hour GT enduro if others are but feel we must show the retro card. My Trek 9500 would suit this event perfectly.
