MacRetro chat and rides thread

I just think of it as a big bike shop where you can see lots of different brands of bike in one place - good for comparisions, good for drooling over things I'll never afford and hopefully a bit of bike based entertainment.

I think the DHWC at fort bill might be all I really need though.

It looks quite small just now so I hope it grows - that will also be about the time I am looking to buy my modern.

This will be the other SECC show I'll take the boys too...

Its mild, the ice is mostly gone, its probably a mud bath out there but its rideable.

So anyone riding their mtb this weekend because I need my biking fix

Just got back from a ride. Shocking mud. The frosts have broken the soil and the rain has turned it into ankle deep gloop. After 400 yds the wheels would not move and the bike was too heavy to lift. It was like something out of the trenches of Ypres. We ended up dragging the bikes back to the road and threw them in the river before heading off to the pub instead.

I did not like those ones ZZ the bolts looked wrong, but it would not look to bad, reminds me..... you bringing the bars up Dr S for Mikee?

Mmmm fillet brazed. I'm GT rider, so I don't know too much about style but they looks gorgeous to me. Not sure how does will go with 89 FAT. Shouldn't be too bad probably.
They must go for a lots of pennies?
edit: ok I must be blind, price is almost in your face, it is a lot of pennies

I'd forgotten about the Pro Motos. Good man K, possibly an option.

Shame those Ti bars weren't a bit wider though.

I dunno yet. Dunkers looks to be going pear shaped. Simonside hit a Thrunton tree hard on saturday and has a busted shoulder and my van broke down on the way home from Thetford last night. I need to pull it apart and find the fault before i use it again. I will get the bars up one way or another over the weekend.

Mr Panda, i might also have a disc mount for your RC36. I'm going to have a rumage this morning.
