front and back pannier mounts for epic duties.
proper built in seat collar if it doesn't have one (you can then fit a hite-rite).
crud guard mounts if you swing that way.
 
Get the canti mounts ground off, make the most of that svelte rear end!
 
good suggestions folks, like the whisky idea, not sure the headtube is big enough and yeah the canti studs should go. The epic bike will be the stumpie of the wicked so keeping it clean and sheik.

Brakes that bloody work. Wide bars, possibly risers.

Last week I was leaning towards snaffling the drive train and wheels off the Stump, but thinking I might single speed it this week.
