MacRetro chat and rides thread

Was looking at the upcoming stuff too and April might be a good time to head for a northern venue? Maybe try to hook up with some of the guys above the central belt? Anyone fancy a jaunt or recommending somewhere?
 
I reckon we should head in a Grampian direction as some of our number seem to be up there such as Messiah.

I think there is some kind of trail centre thingy near Aberdeen ;)

Thinking about a wider than the usual 580/600mm flat bar for the Stumpy. Salsa Pro Moto springs to mind - any other options out there for a wider than normal flat bar?

I know it will be a horrific proposal but it did ride great with a wee riser bar on it :roll:

Hmmm, a bit of rise might not be a bad idea actually. May go for a quill to ahead adapter, help 'widen' my options as it were...
