I'll take a wee gander at those at the weekend, there was only one set of V's, so I'll keep my eyes open for a 2nd pair. Unless you've got a pair going spare toovelomaniac":35ucve6v said:ZigZag, I've got some all metal STX-RC V-brake levers if you want a full set.
No a peep out of the big fella tonight, so I reckon he's probably out in his sheds re-assembling the GTclockworkgazz":35ucve6v said:Was big eck a happy bunny with his frame ZZ and take it your fine K lucky it was your head you landed on, nothing important. been shaking the frame for 3/4 hr and got a lot of tiny particles of rust out, a wee bit still in but will leave it for another night now- looks a lot better now I have cleaned the BB out to, was rusted but not to deep- will blast it with the kurust (BTW how do you get it in the tubes does it come with a hose type applicator or do you need to ladle it in?) and then waxoyl to protect it. weird thing is the size is actually the same as the clockie but it has an extra 1 inch top tube, suppose the prestige had dif. geo.
kaiser did I forget to get the cable or did you forget to bring it? Might aim to have the uni-bomber ready for the englangshire bash- gears might be nice
