Ok lads tis the end of the month- pages and pages ago I asked what our aims for this month were and pretty sure JH had the clunker as a target and he has been as good as his word, I've just seen the finished effort in readers bikes and it is very

My target was most/all of the bikes up and running and just got the yo done (new pics in readers bikes too) with just one left to fix up- the vega is taunting me.

Cant really be arsed trying to find everyone's reply's but have we all done what we set out to do and what is the goal for Nov?

my goal next month is to finnish the "gt tripple disc" i've decided to use a gt avalanche instead of the saracen x-ess . i'm still going to sell off a lot of bit's and give some frames away for postage as tthey are just sitting here doing nothing anyway .

i've got 5 rideable just now which is some sort of record for me

I had a bizarre day of bike action, took the road ready dale out for a run up to the windfarm but 3 miles out got a punture (i think Si has passed the puncture curse to me ) was going to be a long walk home but decided to see if a fella in a rather nice house had a pump- turns out the guy was the father of some rally driver fella ( surname young?) and he offered to give me a lift home in his maserati anyway ran me home at 120mph and given I had been short changed on the fun side said feck it and took the Bananarma owt for a shakedown down dean country park. The bike is an awesome singletrack machine, got her real dirty

anyway got a big smile on ma puss and off to drink booze and have a pizza.

the Geo on these old spesh bikes is pretty much spot on, look foreward to seeing it velo. Not really sure on the stem parameters suppose I want the same look as the stem on the vega at the mo. See my sig below, will measure up later after I have done going round my neighbours begging for sweets and monkey nuts!

erm, i've got this Rudd stem. Kind of like a ringle zooka copy.

that looks just the ticket- what length is it, and does it have any rise and is it black or dark blue, it's hard to tell on my screen?
