Always thought that frame looked excellent all stripped and shiny, and am I the only one that thinks it actually looks alright in its current state? A real shame its too small, mind.

Also, I'm voting for Eck to get some 'Crapalanche' decals made up.

Gaz !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WTF have you done to the Dale

Think I'm going to.............................[horrid retching sounds from the bathroom]....................

Thats an afront to common decency, what were you thinking  :(

Ah well at least its only seen in the west, just promise not to bring it over here dressed like that

I was just munching on ma dinner when the enormity of your assessment sank in velo.

If even you think it looks fugly then I must do the right thing and put the bike out of it's misery with a 6 pound hammer....

I vote for them decals too ZZ

Sorry Gaz, its just they bars are horrid and your right, if a mongrel creater like me thinks its bad then well its bad :(

Put in back to flats or risers please, as a courier style bike it'll be good. Currently though it looks like a bastard son of a spinning class excerise bike and a once proud steed gone to seed :?

Put down the lump hammer, step away from the grinder, let it live, just apply some cosmetic surgery :)

I'll take the advice like an x factor contestant, thank you. for your wise words, I really appreciate it......then totally ignore your critique!

We could call it a GTIsh or a GT Timberline veneer or a GT Avalanche of ****, sorry sorry, couldn't stop myself

Bit small for you isn't it though :?

it's not too bad...... it's just a project the now :D

I'm with you ZZ, i think the Dale look's no bad :) , it's no oil painting but certainly not as bad as Gazz was making out, and certainly not as Fugly as some of the modern mince, i'd ditch the red bar tape though, black would be better, and surely you'll need a bigger gear than 34-13 if it's road specific :?
