gradually working my way between builds this week. slowly but surely.

I'm back from my Lake District hols where I did zero mtb'ing due to a sore knee picked up last Sunday at Glentress, big piles of poo !!!!!!!!!!!!

Mind you, walked a fair bit and sank a few pints so feeling rested.

I'm probably going to attempt Glentress this Sunday unless the knee plays up again. Anyone interested in a spot of mix'n'match trail riding

well this is how it came with the other parts very neatly wrapped up. wasn't sure what i'd be getting.

Anyway it's either a 1999/2001 Jamis El Diablo
medium size
carbon main frame - alloy rear end.

had:
no name stem
amoeba handlebar
cane creek headset
thomson seatpost
sdg bel air saddle
hayes mag somat??
Real disc hubs
XT throughout

carbon frame seems in good nick.
shock bolts are rounded - so getting them sorted this weekend
rear mech hanger broken
brakes need bleeding and new pads
front wheel - broken nipples and bent spokes
sticking shock but as i haven't got it out i don't know whether it's broke or not.
sticking manitou forks. will just use my other xverts and take my time sorting these out.

not sure. it's a hutchison alligator gold. dual compound so the yellow bit is hard.
kind of goes with the frame but i have a 'thing' about bright coloured tyres. have you got a Tioga tyre (to match my front one)
