I thought that when it came up first time round but having measured up it's More or less the same size as a medium Yo or Ti. Top tube is three quarters of an inch longer, standover is the same and CTC is half an inch smaller. Toptube mght be an issue but will just run a short stem on it.

i have a set of rigid forks (make unknown) that are 1 1/8th a-head with fitted star nut i'd be intrested in a swap pending measurments , (where did you measure the 400/420 to and from ?
