I felt 50 for the first hour today, used to only take 20-30mins to get in the zone, old age is a bugger.

So has my lipgloss persuaded you to come out for a ride this weekend or should I post the cranks? Might give one of the race organizers a bell to see if this is a ss kind of route.

Was he not the boy who got upset with scant about the tyres, maybe in response to that? I was going to buy them a month ago but they were a bit dearer then :?

scant is selling tyres, theres a kind of dibs but a pm came first so tyres sold to pm fella and dib boy gets upset so posts a thread about eating or sommit- I think :roll:

well done, kind of scary to think how much time we spend/waste talking crap-
