I find myself in need of an elusive headset part

The headset is shimano STX 1.1/8th threaded.
I need the top race cover (the bit that screws down on top of the headtube race and cartridge bearing, and is in place before the spacer and top locknut) Looks like a circle of steel with a hex nut on one side........

Be obliged if you'd have a look for me......or I'll have to order one from LBS

cheers :p

Winter rides are good round these parts if the weather holds

Short(ish) and easy - Bridge of Orchy to Kingshouse (Glencoe) and back, on part of WHW. Cracking views of Blackmount hills and across Rannoch Moor. One of my faves. Technically easy and a pub at each end  20 miles total.

Long(ish) and rougher - BofO, Glen Kinglass, Loch Etive, Bof Awe, Lochawe, Glen orchy, BofO. Excellent route, some walking (boggy) but mainly on rough LR track and some public road  60 miles and worth it - the heart of mountain country, bring survival type stuff :D

What's all this Balmaha gibberish?

Lads I'm out for the next one so why not do the route mr panda suggests? Think it is always good to have a guide? Need to get some miles in this weekend.
