I know it is crass to talk about money an all, but how much will a ti bar cost from rody anyway and can these expensive trinkets really be worth it, I'm pretty tight and spending £60 on some cranks was prob my biggest extravigance! What's everyone elses shameful part lust spend stories?

Had a spin with the yo tonight albeit with just one brake- and it is very direct, got a shorter stem coming as well as a king ring and saddle but might try and get her up and running this weekend ss is just about the only way to go IMHO , simple and light and unless it's an all day thang who needs gears anyway?

Btw almost 200 pages WTF!

I was reading another forum( :shock: ) and somone had posted about ' doing more with less' it kinda rang true of retro stuff and singlespeed. Also ties in with your retro stuff is shite post a page back.
