Not really as its quite bad for you. I have been putting some acid etch on the front end of my Alfa. Its taken 10 days of hammer work to straighten out the panels on it- 38 years of action has left its mark on the poor old girl.
Mind you, I wish I could be fettled back into perfect shape in just 10 days :?

Yes I have done a few Ghias- one for the GF of a well known Mancunian rock star a few years back. Bodies are terrible and are full of lead filler.

How patient is your mate? I have a 2 year waiting list at present which has just got longer- have decided not to work as many hours from next year. I'm missing too much of my girls growing up and considering I work 3 days a week to pay my taxes I've decided to cut my hours and salary in half.

Hoping to spend more time at home and riding my much smaller collection of bikes too.

Ive been debating what to do with a lot of my gear too. I also think there will be a cull, just keeping the 2 FATs. Also thinking of doing the Yo out proper period Suntour race style and the Wicked as a semi period correct rigid all dayer. Have the Salsa as my regular rider and the Unit as my singlespeeder. The rest will go.

suntour race? I have some suntour xc comp wheels with mavic rims if you ever need them not sure if that's what you mean?
